Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Atlas (“Atlas”, “the service”), a product of Prigo X (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Atlas, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract to use Atlas. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

Beta service

Atlas is currently offered as a private beta and access is invite-only. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis while in beta. Features may change, and occasional downtime may occur as we improve the product.

Your data

You retain all rights to the data you enter into Atlas. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that data solely to provide the service to you. We will never sell your data. You can export or delete your data at any time — see our Privacy Policy.

Fees & billing

• Beta founding members receive 3 months free. After the free period, Atlas is RM49 per month or RM490 per year.
• Founding members keep the founding rate for as long as their subscription remains active.
• Paid subscriptions are billed through our payment provider, CHIP, and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and exclude applicable taxes.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to breach security, disrupt the service, access other users’ data, or use Atlas for anything unlawful.

Termination

You may stop using Atlas and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the service.

Disclaimers & liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlas is provided without warranties of any kind, and our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes

We may update these Terms as Atlas evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date; continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
