Privacy Policy

Atlas (“Atlas”, “we”, “us”) is a product of Prigo X. This policy explains what we collect when you use the Atlas web application at atlas.prigox.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email hello@prigox.com.

Information we collect

• Account details — your name, email address, and a securely hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.
• Business data you enter — the companies, contacts, opportunities, appointments, tasks, and notes you create in Atlas. This is your data; you own it.
• Google account data — if you choose to connect Google Calendar, we access your calendar events on a read-only basis to display them and let you link them to Atlas records. See the Google section below.
• Payment information — subscriptions are processed by our payment provider (CHIP). We do not see or store your full card number.
• Usage & technical data — basic logs such as IP address and timestamps, used to keep the service secure and running.

Google user data & Limited Use

Atlas’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• We request read-only access to your Google Calendar (calendar.readonly) solely to show your upcoming events inside Atlas and let you link them to appointments.
• We do not sell your Google data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except as needed to provide the feature to you.
• We do not use your Google data to train generalised artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.
• You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from Settings, which revokes our access. You may also revoke access from your Google Account permissions.

How we use your information

We use your information to provide and secure the service, to authenticate you, to display and organise the data you enter, to send you transactional email (such as invites and password resets), to process your subscription, and to improve Atlas. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We share data only with the providers that help us run Atlas: Google (Calendar integration), Resend (transactional email), CHIP (payments), and MongoDB Atlas and Google Cloud (database and hosting). Each processes data only to provide their service to us.

Data retention & security

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and sensitive tokens (such as Google refresh tokens) are encrypted at rest. You can request export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.

Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@prigox.com and we will respond promptly.

Cookies

Atlas uses a single essential session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Atlas evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date.
